Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify lodibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. lodibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, lodibet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
lodibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the Company's discretion.

Where a game or bet is offered at clearly erroneous odds or with an obviously incorrect payout due to a technical or human error, lodibet reserves the right to void such bets and correct the error. Any winnings paid out as a result of an obvious error may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lodibet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodibet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lodibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In any event, lodibet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lodibet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected are set out in the lodibet Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
lodibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, lodibet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
